Sofa & Chair - Price: $400.00 in Rutland, Illinois

I have a very nice brown microfiber sofa and a brown patterned chair for sale - Gently used - non-smoking household.  I do have a cat - minor cat hair,  but I will clean them well before pickup.  I really need them picked up no later than 5/6.  The sofa would normally retail for around $800 and the chair would be around $600.  Both being offered for $400.00.  I also have brand new seat cushion cores and seat covers for the sofa - put them on and it will look like new.  I also have a pair of bunching table for free  to go with them - a little beat up, but they could be fixed.
